In Korea, it was officially registered on May 24th. It has been about a year since the application for trademark acquisition was filed in May of last year. Attorney Jeon Jong-hak (President of the World Association of Korean Intellectual Property Professionals), who is representing Attract’s trademark application, said on the 20th, “Article 41 of the product classification, including the group name, is key. Since the patent office has determined that Attract is the rights holder of the trademark, there is no problem registering for other product classifications.”

It is analyzed that the fact that Attract acquired trademark rights in many countries, including Korea, was largely due to Kina's return to the agency. Initially, it was common for the agency that provided the capital to have trademark rights, but as the roles of the members that make up the group grew, 'member consent' became an important factor in the process of acquiring trademark rights.

In the case of the three former members who rebelled, since Attract had already terminated their exclusive contracts, they no longer had grounds to claim rights to the trademark. On the other hand, since Kinna is preparing new activities as a current member of Fifty Fifty, Kinna's consent can be seen as a decisive 'shot' in Attract's trademark registration process.
