40. Trauma

Today I brought up a relatively heavier topic.

This is a story about trauma.

There are also those around us who are confident

It's natural to have small and big traumas.

Unless it is an innate phobia, most phobias and mental illnesses are caused by trauma from past experiences.

This kind of trauma

Bad memories from the past are deeply recognized in long-term memory, so even a little stimulation can cause a reaction, and in severe cases,

Just imagining it can trigger a traumatic response.

Me too

Trauma can cause sudden sensitivity, difficulty breathing, and even a desire to harm oneself. It's a traumatic reaction, even if you just imagine it, and you react even when there's a little stimulation.

I didn't like this kind of thing

With a little stimulation

I was okay, but I am changing into an ideal person again.

It seemed so insignificant, so hopeless, so miserable.

As this was repeated, it only appeared to other people as acting or pretending.

I also didn't know why I was like that.

And then the desire to harm myself grew bigger and bigger.

I started to hate myself more and more

I thought you guys might have experienced something like this too.

If it were me, I would have told people to ask for help.

But this isn't a prescription for a drug.

I want to talk to people who, like me, don't even have this kind of courage.

Love yourself

If you don't even have the courage to love yourself, the trauma will never go away.

Of course, even if you overcome the trauma, it will still remain in your heart.

But you have to understand that and love yourself.

I will be by your side until you love yourself.

Today is ~

"Recognize often that I love myself"
